Meditation classes at Star Fitness Bitexco are designed as a journey to help you pause from a busy lifestyle, recharge your energy, and restore inner balance. Through a variety of meditation techniques, the classes support stress reduction, improved concentration, emotional stability, and overall mental well-being.

Each meditation session with weekly rotating themes is designed to ensure a rich and in-depth practice experience. Techniques may include Trataka (candle meditation) to enhance focus, Body Awareness, Breathing Awareness, Chakra Meditation, Vipassana (insight meditation), as well as Mindfulness, Heartfulness, Chanting/Mantra, and deep relaxation practices.

With a gentle yet effective approach, the classes are suitable for all levels—from beginners to experienced practitioners—offering a sense of calm, balance, and a deeper connection with oneself.
